Bev and Rick’s youngest daughter Stacia recently moved from Atlanta back to Maine and is helping out at the inn. They are delighted to have an extra pair of hands. She has been cooking some mornings, serving breakfast five mornings a week as well as doing laundry.
She is looking forward to helping at the Captain Lord Mansion’s extravagant New Year Eve dinner party. We’ve already been trying her dessert ideas!
Stacia said, “I am thrilled to be back in Maine and helping out Mom and Dad at the inn. I’m helping in the kitchen and laundry and loving the interaction with all the guests.”
This winter she will help Bev with the several redecorating things scheduled. Stacia is like her mom, a very talented seamstress; so, she’ll help sew new window treatments and help with some painting and wallpapering.
We are delighted to have Stacia helping us at the inn; maybe she’ll discover this is her calling?
