Guests With EV or Electric Vehicles
Captain Lord Mansion is proud to announce the recent install of both a 50A Tesla charging station and a 20A Clipper Creek charger for free use by all our guests.
The Tesla charging station has the unique connector needed by a Tesla car and the Clipper Creek charging station provides a charge for any other EV or electric vehicle.
My husband and I spent three days at the Captain Lord Mansion in Kennebunkport, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The inn is well located on a quiet street a short walk from Kennebunkport's main area of shops, restaurants and art galleries. It is also only a block from Ocean Avenue, which runs along the riverfront and the ocean coast, and is pleasant for walking or running. Our room, the L-shaped Mousam mini-suite, was very comfortable, with the four poster bed and sleeping area set apart from the small living room with sofa, chair and TV. WiFi was free, and worked well. The inn also has a large side yard, with chaise lounges and Adirondack chairs where we enjoyed relaxing. Breakfasts were excellent, and we also appreciated the homemade cookies and snacks provided during the afternoon, and the serious large Nespresso machine that was available for coffee 24/7. The innkeepers and their staff were friendly and helpful--they even shared one of their breakfast recipes with me when I asked. Overall, a delightful place to stay!By: Emeritaprof, TripAdvisor | Posted on: 2017-08-29
