It had been many years since my husband Paul and I had the pleasure of staying at the Captain Lord, we were celebrating our 27th anniversary and thought how nice it would be to revisit where we had stayed on our honeymoon.I must honestly say the ambiance was every bit as charming as we had remembered it and the morning breakfast was even better, our rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable I almost didn't want to get up. The holiday season is almost upon us and I wish we were there in Kennebunkport to join in the festivities. I have made a promise to not stay away so long this time. Thank you again for the amazing hospitality.
