CLM Guest Policies

General Information:

• Check-in time is AFTER 3:00 p.m.
• Our door is locked at 11:00 p.m. Special arrangements should be made for late arrivals.
• Our reservation desk is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
• Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.
• Pets cannot be accommodated.
• Ample complimetary off-street parking for guest cars.
• Complimentary bicycle storage is available.
• Guests choosing to disregard our non-smoking policy will be reminded that our inn offers a smoke-free environment to all our guests. Those choosing to disregard our policy will be subject to cleaning fees and the inn will be compensated for lost future revenue by smokers whose smoking render a room unacceptable for incoming guests.

Deposits/Cancellations:

• You are required to send a check or guarantee on your credit card the full amount for a one night reservation.
• For stays 2 nights or longer, we require a deposit of one-half the reservation total.
• Your balance is due upon checkout. Cash, checks and all major credit cards are accepted.
• A refund of your deposit minus a $25.00 service charge will be made if your cancellation notice is received by us at least fifteen days prior to your reservation date.
• If your cancellation is made within 15 days of arrival date, then a deposit refund will be made to the extent the accommodations can be rented again over the entire reserved period. There is a 30 Day Cancellation Policy for all Holidays and Special Event Weekends!
• If a last-minute cancellation is necessary, and we can re-rent the room, the same refund policy applies. No refunds for rooms not re-rented.
