Riesling, Chateau Ste. Michelle (2007)$34.99 full bottle

This Eroica shows the crisp acidity of the 2007 vintage, which was the best acidity holding year I have seen in my five years being involved in Eroica. The wine delivers mandarin orange and sweet lime aromas and flavors with subtle mineral notes. The cooler September, along with selecting fruit from higher elevation and cooler sites, contributed to the mouth-watering acidity balanced by beautiful Washington Riesling fruit.

Unoaked Chardonnay, Tohu, New Zealand (2005)$19.99 full bottle

This is a fresh and fruity wine with aromas of white peach and citrus. It is light bodied while the palate is rich and full-flavored. This wine is delicious any time of day and suits a variety of foods. The grapes were machine harvested in the cool early mornings to retain full fruit flavors. The juice underwent fermentation in stainless steel tanks using selected yeast to add weight to the palate. This wine was a great hit at our annual New Years’ Party!

    Chardonnay, Simi (2006)$19.99 full bottle

Composed of top quality fruit from Sonoma’s Russian River and Carneros growing regions, Simi Chardonnay is characterized by its excellent balance, luscious fruit flavors and long, elegant finish. The 2003 vintage produced fully ripe and flavorful fruit with superb concentration and balance thanks to the extended growing season. Aged in French oak, silky smooth in texture and accented by tropical fruit, pear, spice and toasty oak, this wine is a true reflection of the Sonoma County appellation.

Jadot Pouilly Fuissé (2006)$29.99 full bottle

The average annual production of Pouilly Fuissé is approximately 45,000 hectolitres, or about 500,000 cases, most of which is controlled by the appellation’s cooperative at Chaintré; the smaller, independent growers produce wines of greater character and complexity, yet these are very rarely bottled by the grower himself. Maison Louis of Pouilly and Fuissé, and many years ago began delivering oak casks to these proprietors so that they could set off the fermentation of their musts in these casks. Blended with other wines fermented inert materials, the oak-fermented wines create a Pouilly-Fuissé particularly complex in its flavor spectrum, with greater fullness and structure than is usually found in wines of this appellation.

    Pinot Gris Morgan$21.99 full bottle

This chardonnay is an elegant wine of pale-straw color, with an intense, fruity aroma, followed by a clean, rich, refreshing taste.
